Emily-Josephine Ludwig grew up in Radebeul, went to New York at eighteen for a summer that changed the shape of her twenties, and has been circling between Dresden, Berlin and Munich ever since.

She's currently finishing a degree in Public Relations at IU International University, after a detour through American Studies and German Literature at Humboldt Universität zu Berlin — the kind of academic path that reads less like a plan and more like a series of good instincts.

Alongside her studies she's worked on both sides of it: online marketing and content for a Dresden beach club, years of event management, sales internships in Munich's fashion world with Drykorn, Copenhagen Studios and BY BAR.
